Windows 10: Cut , Copy , Paste issue and Mouse arrow Flickering

@Microsoft community, I've been facing these Cut, Copy, Paste not working and arrow Flicking problem for 4 month . Nothing I've tried gives me permanent solution. Some methods worked for a very little moment and next time I opened my laptop, it all comes again. I even Booted and Reinstalled windows 4-5 times and each time issue appeared eventually. I've done everything I could, And now I dont know what to do. I've faith in this platform, Please help me........

Cut or Copy and Paste

Select the text you want to copy or cut with mouse, right click the selection and select either Copy or Cut. Notice that Cut is only available if the document or other source is editable; if you have no rights to edit the document (for example web pages), the Cut option is not available.

Now go to document where you want to paste, right click and select Paste.

Instead of right clicking and selecting option from a menu you can also use the keyboard shortcuts. CTRL + C (press and hold down CTRL key, press C, release both keys) copies the selection, CTRL + X cuts it, and CTRL + V will paste it.

You can also select using keyboard shortcuts. Click document where you want to start marking / selecting, hold down the SHIFT key and use arrow keys to extend the selection. When ready, release the SHIFT key and use above mentioned other shortcuts to copy or cut.

To select all, for instance all text in a document, use keyboard shortcut CTRL + A. The ESC key clears the selection.

Cursor flickers when copy pasting.

I recently updated my Windows 10 and I suddenly found myself having issues with my laptop. The cursor flickers and when it does, I am unable to use ctrl c and ctrl v. If you copy and paste something it will paste a screenshot of your whole screen. I'm currently
using a Lenovo ideapad 310-15IKB with specs:

• Core i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50 GHz
• 6 GB ram
• Nvidia Geforce 920m

I already tried updating and uninstalling mouse and keyboard drivers. I did a complete reset of my laptop uninstalling all the apps and reinstalling windows 10. I noticed though that when I hit ctrl it will stop the flickering for a while but won't completely
resolve the issue.
