    I work in a finance team, my job role is checking the VAT files, I receive Zip files, I extract them to notepad and edit if needed, recently my pc upgraded to Windows 11, since then when I open the reports in notepad the Cyrillic characters become not readable. However, when I try to open them in excel, they look fine. After the audit I need to upload the files to a different tool which does not accept the file , gives fatal error. Could you please help me with this ?
