Windows 10: Cyber Crime phone calls, how to contact a person in Microsoft?

I have received 12 cold calls Fri 2, Sat 8 and Mon 2 from different 02038070XXX numbers purporting to be Microsoft Cyber Crime Department Reading. I answered the first 2 calls and told them they were scammers and put the phone down. I didn't give them any information and have blocked all the numbers. I am 99.9% sure they are scammers and I have checked my PC without finding any problems but I still would like Microsoft's assurance that there is nothing wrong. How can one speak to a person in Microsoft please ?

Has anybody received a phone call from any person indicating they were from Windows Cyber investigation ?? I reported mine as the individual threatened to shut down my computer.. I did not call the number provided based on my contact with local FBI office..
They just suggested contacting Microsoft..

 

Cannot add contacts personal folders to address book in Outlook 2016

Many thanks for all your suggestions, HippsieGypsie, but nothing seems to be working. I cannot delete my folder so I have to keep trying to get it included in the list of available address books. My contacts are all in the Contacts - Personal Folders, but this list is not included amongst those offered by Outlook as a default address book.
