    AS THE TITLE INDICATES - WHEN I SWITCH MY BLUETOOTH SPEAKER TO STEREO IT PICKS UP A GARBLE ONCE EVERY 60 SECONDS WITHOUT FAIL. I've tried everything from reinstalling drivers to eliminating devices of all sorts. When I run my Bluetooth speaker on AG Audio rather than Stereo - no garble. What cycles in an HP notebook or in the Windows 10 system once Every Sixty Seconds?

    win 10 starts normally then after minutes begins to cycle the desktop

    Completed all steps. Checker tool found no problems. The DNS flush was completed.

    Machine still cycles the desktop and doesn't allow any programs to run.

    Since it does not cycle in safe mode, that suggests some background program is the problem. What program would cause a repeated resetting of the desktop?

    Suggestions?

    bluetooth connectivity with cycle trainer

    hi,

    I need guidance for my blue tooth connectivity issue. I drive my cycle indoor trainer via bluetooth on laptop with windows 10.

    there is a app Zwift which run on data provided by trainer like speed, cadence, power etc.

    whenever I try to pair my trainer with laptop it displays message that bluetooth receiver is off. I tried running different app Rouvy , which is also a online cycling app and uses bluetooth in similar fashion, that runs perfectly.

    Please guide me how can I pair my trainer to laptop.

    Windows 10 Upgrade cycle

    i have tried to upgrade to windows 10 countless times and it keeps failing.

    issues i come across is as follows:

    Step 1: Reserve windows 10.

    Step 2 : windows 10 is ready for installation would you like to proceed - yes

    result option 1 : Windows 10 installs, reboots with black screen - 2 hours later restarts and pops up with error windows upgrade has failed, repeat step 1 & 2 cycle.

    Result option 2: Windows 10 installs, reboots and displays error failed to load second boot phase. repeat step 1 & 2 cycle.

    however if i do clean install it works but not solution.

    need to get in-place upgrade working.

    we have 15 identical laptops, 5 were provisioned for upgrades only 1 succeeded. Installed upgrade remotely on 3 computers no issues and failed on another two.

    iv tried downloading and using usb to upgrade same issue.
