Windows 10: 'D' and 'F' key-input doesn't work whilst pressing Left CTRL or ALT.

Hey,

I first noticed this issue a week ago when my keybind in World of Warcraft stopped working, which is ALT+F, later when playing Counter Strike, I realized that I could not crouch and walk right at the same time, CTRL+D.

I've yet to discover any more combinations that are not working.

What I've done to try and solve it:

• Install latest windows, 2004 version.
• Reinstall drivers.
• Try different keyboards (which work fine on another PC).
• Look through the keyboard accessibility settings, if something was accidentally turned on, it wasn't that I could find.
• Try different USB-ports, both on MOBO and Chassi-ports.
• I even contacted Windows support about it, but I assume it was an AI agent seeing as it didn't recognize my messages and literally said: "I have not received a response from you, I am canceling your support errand."

I have no idea what caused this, it just kind of happened when I was gaming, and I have yet been able to get it back to normal.

I appreciate any help that you can give, thanks in advance!

EDIT: I even tried to see if Windows would register the key combination when trying to bind something in settings, so I tried biding the "Open Xbox Game Bar", but even Windows didn't register the keypresses. Worth mentioning, that the Keyboard RGB recognizes that I pressed a keyboard button as it lights up.

Conflicts with the user account settings is one of the possible reasons why the secure sign-in option is enabled on your computer even if the box in the settings is not checked. I would suggest that you enable and disable the
Require users to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete. You can follow the steps below:

• Press the Windows key + R.
• Type control userpasswords2 or netplwiz and press the Enter key.
• Click the Advanced tab.
• Under Secure sign-in, check the Require users to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete checkbox.
• Click Apply.
• Restart your computer.
• Open the same settings again and uncheck the Require users to press Ctrl + Alt + Delete checkbox and follow the
  steps 5 and 6.

Left CTRL key only works together with the left SHIFT key

Hello,

Starting from today while I was using FL Studio to copy some musical notes I noticed Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V weren't working

I've opened the on-screen keyboard in order to check if the left CTRL key was working and pressing it alone doesn't show any input.

But. when I tried to first press the left SHIFT key holding it and then pressing the left CTRL key together. both keys showed input. (right CTRL key works fine)

Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?

I've already tried to uninstall the keyboard's driver and then restarting the PC but it didn't work.
