Windows 10: D drive m.2 SSD is showing in BIOS but will not show up in Disk manager, Windows, or...

I have tried multiple times to find the drive even moving its physical location to a different a M.2 Pcie slot and again it still shows in BIOS but will not show up anywhere else inside of windows or disk management, I can find it in device management, but it won't go anywhere further than just seeing it present. I will add as many pictures as possible to show what I am dealing with. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Help! m.2 nvme drive not showing up in disk management or BIOS

Hi everyone,

I need some help figuring out why my new m.2 ssd Samsung 990 Pro 1Tb is not showing up in disk management or bios. My pc specs are:

AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660Ti

16gb DDR4 Ram

256gb ssd (2.5 slot)

1tb HDD

ASRock B450 Steel Legend

When I put the new SSD on my motherboard it's not showing up in the bios or disk management. I tried switching between M.2 slots but that doesn't make a difference. I've tried on another pc and the ssd shows up fine. I've also used a Lexar 1Tb m.2 ssd in the past and that worked fine and I just tested it again and it was showing up fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!!!

 

m.2 not showing up in disk manager

Hello. I had quite recently gotten a second m.2 nvme ssd for christmas. I have put it in the computer correctly and it even shows up in device manager and BIOS, but when I open disk manager to configure it, it never shows up. There is always only my primary m.2 booting ssd. Does anyone know how to help? If told which ones, I can give more specific details. (both the ssds are 1tb Samsung 980 and I currently have windows 10.

 

Windows not recognizing new m.2 NVME SSD but shows in BIOS

I purchased a crucial nvme m.2 ssd for my MSI GT73 Titan - It shows in the PCIE section of the BIOS but does not show in disk management - Also does not show up in Crucial's Storage Executive Application.

My BIOS is the latest version.

Any ideas?
