Windows 10: D: Drive vanished after Bluescreen DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILIURE, 0x0000009f

Three days ago, I resetted Windows, but only the C:\ drive. Now, bluescreen DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILIURE 0x0000009f and DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION 0x00000133 happens, and Drive D:\ disappears after the bluescreen. According to the device manager, Drive D:\ is disconnected.I tried:1 A Windows PE with recovery toolsI tried the PE, but Drive D:\ was still marked disconnected, inaccessible. • Press Enter to execute the command.

• Click on the File Explorer.
• Select This PC.

If D drive shows in the disk list, then perform
check disk command, follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command Prompt (Run as Admin).
  
• 
  Type the below commands.
  
  chkdsk [drive letter]: /f /r
  
  Example: chkdsk C: /f /r
