Windows 10: D drive was causing problems two days ago, then now this happens…

So two days ago I was having issues with my laptop, then I got a notification saying “Your system is reporting one or more warnings, and data may be at risk. Open the application for details.” So I opened the app and was greeted to this screenThen yesterday I opened file explorer, and that drive had completely disappeared, and it showed this in Intel Rapid Storage Technology:I decided to open the bottom of my laptop, and it looked completely normal to me: Then once I turned my computer back on and went to the Intel app, the drive was back but it had extra text on the left this time:I shut down

D drive

"D" drive is full on HP B&O with Win 10

Duplicate D:\ drive

I never had to deal with junctions so I haven't a clue what to suggest. I'm thinking that the problem is on the D: drive. If it is than I don't see why saving the files and formatting the D: drive wouldn't work. If It's something on the C: drive causing this than I have no Idea what to try.
