Windows 10: "D" drive

Discus and support "D" drive in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; Had this computer for awhile and numerous files. Somewhere I must have done something wrong.     "D" drive


    Had this computer for awhile and numerous files. Somewhere I must have done something wrong. All programs are still available but all files were sent to a "D" recovery drive. I see it and it shows almost full but I cannot open it. I tried to open it via instructions but it only talks to creating a recovery disk. How do I open it to recover the files?
