    I have a D-link DWA-182. After the recent windows update I lost my internet access - the error message is that I do not have a valid IP config. I have updated the drivers and re-installed with no improvement.

    Thank you for posting your response in Microsoft Community.

    I understand your concern, and we in Community will try to find the best possible resolution to your problem.

    If you want to install D-LINK DWA-182 WI-FI USB Adapter driver, I suggest you to install it in compatibility mode and see if it helps.

    Download Windows drivers on this site:

    To install the driver in compatibility mode, follow the steps below:

    • Right click on the setup file of the driver and select
      Properties
    • Select Compatibility Tab
    • Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility mode and select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list
    • Click OK and run the setup.

    D-link DWA-182 BSOD Windows 10

    Hi Community,

    It appears that D-link DWA-182AC is causing BSOD in Windows 10. When I can get it to work, it is very slow, also D-links support site has no Windows 10 drivers. CAT-5 connection to the internet does not seem to have the Blue screen problem & speed is OK. Does
    anyone have a D-link DWA-182 WiFi Adapter connected and having the same problem if so try connecting hardwire see if it works.

    As of 2016-Feb-19, D-Link has a beta driver available for Windows 10. Personally, I have not tried it yet, but will do so sometime over the weekend. The link to the download is:
