Windows 10: D rive completly deleated

I was trying to sign out and the pc kept doing the loadin screen so i forced a shut down on restarting my whole D drive was deleted 1TB completly gone how do i fix this?

deleated files

how is it possible to get back a picture or video you have deleated off your phone? when u deleate files sureualy its gone for good the phone is a 6230,in my gallery the images,video folders have disapeared ive tried everything and ther wont come back
just a empty gallery no folders, is this common in these phones? it happend to a friends phone a while back same model,nokia replaced it under waranty.any advice cheers.
