Windows 10: D3D11-compatible GPU Problem

So ive seen tons of stuff around about this issue, just not in the context i'm trying it in. I am running Windows 11 on UTM on my Macbook Pro with the M1Max chip, tip-top of the line. I am trying to run Cartel Tycoon from Steam and get the message: A D3D11-compatible GPU Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0 is required to run the engine. I have a directx diagnostic photo attached. Im almost certain im just not setting my VM up correctly but please internet gods, let me know what im doing wrong. Big thanks to any future effort to help me resolve this!

I have the same problem with windows 7 but my graphics card is by intel and i have diretx 11 and yes i checked so i do not know what the problem is and i have restarted my intel corei7 hp laptop and can not find a
fix and this was the error: a d3d11 compatible gpu (Feature level 11.0,Shader model 5.0) is required to run the engine. ( in windows 7 )

 

d3d11.dll Issue

Hello,

I was trying to run an program on Windows 10, and it's giving me an error: "Could not load d3d11.dll".

Troubleshooting steps I have taken so far:

• Installed the latest version of Microsoft DirextX - downloaded from Microsoft website
• Installed all the updates from Windows update
• Check the path C:\\Windows\\system32\\ - the file is there
• updated graphic's driver - from Intel website
  • reinstalled the driver
• reinstalled the software that was giving the error.

but the issue is still not fixed
