Windows 10: D3D11.D11 Missing from computer ?

D3D11.D11 Missing from the computer? when I start my computer the error comes up. and I also have no sound. I removed a program that was messing up my computer and now it's not working right. I did a system restore but not helping. uninstalled the AMD HIGH DEF AUDIO DEVICE. ANY help will be appreciated. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

d3d11.dll Issue

I was trying to run an program on Windows 10, and it's giving me an error: "Could not load d3d11.dll".

Troubleshooting steps I have taken so far:

• Installed the latest version of Microsoft DirextX - downloaded from Microsoft website
• Installed all the updates from Windows update
• Check the path C:\\Windows\\system32\\ - the file is there
• updated graphic's driver - from Intel website
  • reinstalled the driver
• reinstalled the software that was giving the error.

but the issue is still not fixed

 

When I restart my computer, I get error msg: vcomp100.d11 is missing from your computer; I read something about doing a clean boot; is that what I need to do??

Error on start up The program can't start because MSVCP100.d11 is missing from your computer

Since switching from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, each time I open my computer I get the following message: "The program can't start because MSVCP100.d11 is missing from your computer". BUT when I close this message the program DOES start!! What do I do?
