Windows 10: d3d11.dll caused an Access Violation Error when loading unity games

Whenever I load a game that uses unity I get this error. I've updated my drivers, restarted, rebooted, reinstalled all the games, run as admin but no difference.This has only recently started happening.Any suggestions would be appreciated.PS. See below for one of the log files if this is more helpful. d3d11.dll Issue

I was trying to run an program on Windows 10, and it's giving me an error: "Could not load d3d11.dll".

Troubleshooting steps I have taken so far:

• Installed the latest version of Microsoft DirextX - downloaded from Microsoft website
• Installed all the updates from Windows update
• Check the path C:\\Windows\\system32\\ - the file is there
• updated graphic's driver - from Intel website
  • reinstalled the driver
• reinstalled the software that was giving the error.

but the issue is still not fixed

 

D3D11.DLL Crash

Sorry for the inconvenience you are facing. Can you share when exactly are you getting this error?

D3d11.dll errors are most commonly caused when two programs share the same .dll file. When a program is deleted sometimes it will delete the .dll file associated with both programs. Errors can also occur from a faulty d3d11.dll file or incorrect versions
of the file. I suggest you to uninstall the programs you have installed recently and check if you get the error.

DirectX/Direct3d: d3d11.dll app crash

This problem has been plaguing a lot of good games that I’ve wanted to play for a long time now, but I have yet to find a solution. And I’ve tried a lot of things. It used to be an issue of my computer not finding d3d11.dll, giving me the simple error which
I fixed with updating directX, and making sure I actually have that .dll file. But now, some games still just simply crash right before they get done loading. (I have found the problem to be mostly in Unity games, but even then some of them work and others
do not.) I don’t know why this is happening, and if the d3d11.dll is the real issue. Here’s an example of the error details:

This happens to other unity games as well. To give an example: Baldi’s Basics. I have no idea what’s wrong or how to fix it. My graphics drivers are all updated, I have the right DirectX compatible with my PC, my DDI matches my DirectX version (10) I don’t
know what else to do. Please help if you can, this is giving me quite the headache. Thanks!
