Windows 10: D3d11 error, updated nivida driver black screen, stuck on asus logo

As of yesterday, I started up my desktop as per normal. It had a much longer start up and seemed to flick display to my tv off and on multiple times before booting up to very small icons on my home screen, its only only 2 months old. I reset it and home screen was fixed but then tried starting black myth wukong and was meet with a error message for d3d11 and shader 5.0, diablo 4 also error code for no gpu.All my armor create setting needed to be reupdated and ended up reinstalling nivida driver. Everything seemed to work.Came home today to the same issue when starting up the pc. Saw nivida nee

windows 10 latest update now pc stuck on black screen with asus logo

had problem with update loading and then freezing for hours so restarted and now it's stuck on black screen with asus logo, it does try to restore to previous version of windows but then restarts back to black screen with asus logo and spinning circle,
won't go to safe mode or load windows start up or anything else.need help. thank you

Black screen after updating display drivers

I understand that after upgrading the graphics drivers, you are receiving a Black screen. I’ll certainly assist
you with the issue.



However, please let us know:

• 
  When exactly do you see a black screen?
  

• 
  Are you able to boot the computer to the login in screen?
  
• 
  What is the make and model of the computer?
  

I suggest you to try refreshing the graphics driver by using the key sequence
Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B and see if that helps.



I would suggest you to try booting the computer into Safe Mode and try disabling the display driver. Refer
the article on Start
your PC in safe mode in Windows 10.



After booting the computer to Safe Mode, refer the steps mentioned below:

1. 
   Press
   Windows logo key + X, and select Device Manager.
   
2. 
   Expand
   Display Adapters.
   
3. 
   Right click on the
   Display driver and select Disable device.
   
4. 
   Restart the computer.
   

If this allows you to boot the computer to normal mode, try uninstalling the driver.
To do this, refer the steps mentioned below:

1. 
   Press
   Windows logo key + X, and select Device Manager.
   
2. 
   Expand
   Display Adapters.
   
3. 
   Right click on the
   Display driver and select Uninstall.
   
4. 
   Restart the computer.
