Windows 10: d3derr_notavailable on Windows 11

Hello I recently updated my windows 10 to 11 , after that I installed Resident Evil 6 steam version but when I open game I will get a wierd error!this is the error:When I set up to run as admin this is the error that I get:I tried everything , updated my directx even installed v9 , my graphic card driver is updated , windows is updatedI even tried to set the compatibility mode on windows 7/8 but didn't workcan someone help me please?

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
