Windows 10: dada How to open to the full screen from the task bar?

Hi In the last week, l have a problem with opening a full window for a couple of programs on Windows 11 Pro, From the taskbar the programs open but only show a small ticket label and unable to open the full screen. When l open the programs from the Start menu they don't open in a full screen, although l can see they are running in the background Task ManagerScreenshot of the problemThe Window does not open to full screen when clicking on the program l need. Cannot modify Task Bar settings

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if the issue persists.

• Right click on the Task Bar.
• Uncheck the option " Lock the Taskbar."

Windows 11 Task Bar Setting To Open App via Task Bar and Open App on Screen that I clicked Open in the Task Bar

I have three monitors and have set the task bar to appear on all three monitors. I want to set the task bar up so that if I click on a shortcut saved in the task bar on a certain monitor that the app will open on the monitor that I clicked the task bar... Not on where the app was last opened or is currently opened. Specifically I am looking for a browser to open on that screen even though it is already opened in another occurrence on another screen. This would be edge, firefox and chrome.
