Windows 10: Daily black screens, hangs, and blue screens BSODs from an unknown cause?

Hi, I'm using an MSI Bravo 15 A4DDR laptop and for almost a year I wanna say, I've been experiencing almost daily sometimes multiple times per day crashes of some sort:Blue Screens that provide minidumps attached below, as well as black screens that cause the laptop to hang and be unresponsive keyboard lights still work but the PC is unresponsive, tested by pressing the Caps Lock key but its LED doesn't respond. Strangely enough, these crashes only happen when the PC is somewhat idle light web browsing, a YouTube video, reading PDFs, but the laptop runs fine when doing intensive tasks

Screen goes blue / black on start of atitool

i tried 0.26 and the new beta but its the same... if i start atitool the screen immidiately goes blue or black and i have to reboot... the computer doesnt really hang but the screen seems to be lost.
any suggestions? i dont have any other programs running, i dont even want to OC my card i just want to have control over the fan speed, i have a x1800xt btw.
