Windows 10: Daily PC crash - Event ID 41 Task Category 63

My PC will blue screen with the stop code MEMORY MANAGEMENT. I then check the event viewer to see critical Event 41, task category 63 Kernel-Power happening daily. Does it mean my power supply isn't strong enough to run my computer? I have a 4gb graphics card and 32gb or RAM. Please advise. Thank you!

My computer keeps freezing up and when I looked at the logs it says kernal power event id 41 task category 63. I've seen many people ask about that here and nobodies got an answer to it yet.

If i get no BSODs, no errors, no events logged in event viewer apart from kernel power 41 (63), not even the windows did not shut down successfully screen (don't know if that is still in windows 10), and the computer just turns off and a few seconds later it turns back on, is it safe to assume that it is the power supply and not the motherboard? Because I have heard that this can be caused by the motherboard. Also when this happens, is it harmful for the rest of the hardware?

had a look at crystal disk, i have no idea what settings i'm supposed to be using, though i gues the above is enough to show there's issues.
