Windows 10: Daily updates on my laptop

so over the past few or so months I've been getting constantly forced to update my laptop every night.

im really unsure of why this is happening and how im able to fix it as even downloading and manually updating the laptop straight from the W10 update assistant didn't fix anything. after restarting my laptop and 'applying' the constant updates, it disappears for a while buy then comes back to annoy me so i'll add a screen shot when it appears again.

I really don't know what to do with this, can anyone help me with this? if im actually able to 'fix' this problem
