    • Is original User folder is same as your old Use folder?
    • Is New Directory is the Local users folder from you PC?

    How can I transfer iTunes library to a new PC?

    You should be able to just copy the iTunes folder in My Music directory over to the new PC. As long as you copy it over to the same directory on the new PC, and I believe that you will have to use the same user name that is on the old PC. That way the directory structure is still the same.
    This method has worked for me about 8 months ago when I had to reinstall Windows and completely redo my C:.
