    Dark border appears around folders when moving them with a pen.


    I own a touch tablet minisforum V3 with Windows 11 OS 10.0.22631.3880 when I move a folder or browser around on the desktop with a pen or my finger the window/folder contracts roughly 5-10 pixels and a dark border appears around the window. When I let go the border disappeared and the window expands to a normal size. This does not happen when I move the windows around with a mouse.Is there a way to switch this off so the Folders/windows behave the same when using a mouse?

    Folder appearance in Windows 10

    After I upgraded to Windows 10, all the folders had a light toned boarder that was easy to read. But this week, the border around the folders turned to a dark gray obscuring the address path. Can anyone explain what happened and how to get back to the
    original appearance?

    White Borders To Album Artwork Windows 10

    Thanks for the suggestion. I tried this procedure but it has had no effect at all so the problem persists.

    Since asking the original question I have downloaded some albums from amazon and added these to the Music folder and the white border has appeared on those albums as well so it would appear it is only artwork added by WMP which is not affected.

    Getting Dark Black Border on Laptop Screen.

    Hi Microsoft Team,

    I am today getting Dark Black Border on My Windows 10 Laptop Sceen. I did Trouble Shooting steps as well like Search - CMD (Run as Administrator) "sfc /scannow" & completed the process & shown message noting found. Still this did not resolve the issue. Still
    black Border is shown.

    Request to please help me with the soultion for resolution of My issue as soon as possible.
