Windows 10: Dark Mode broken in File Explorer: top stays white

I already reported this issue 2 months ago, but MS apparently does not want tfix it.You can see what my explorer windows look like. I did not change any settings within dark mode "customize". I just switched it on. It had been working for quite some time before, until I updated Windows 11. As most times, that was a grave mistake. Top bar of explorer is white and unreadable in dark mode

I'm running 22H2 Build 22621.2428.

I noticed a few days ago, when I open a file explorer, the top part of the window is white and unreadable in dark mode. I don't know exactly why it happened, but only noticed it a few days ago when I opened a file explorer.

When in light mode, it seems to be fine. If I go to Personalization and change the accent color, it becomes readable for the opened explorers, but if I open another one, it's the same as before.

Any ideas what is causing it or how to fix it? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

File explorer in dark theme gone!

There was an option for choosing dark mode. I followed both suggestion above to the letter. But it did not fix the problem. Only Explorer is white. Which was the behavior before 1809.
