Windows 10: Data locked inadvertently. and unable to access.

Need Support on the below:Copied complete data on external hard drive. While coping back to my laptop, all files icons PDF, Excel, word found with a "lock" symbol. Also, while opening the file - msg pops out that " You do not have permission to access the file". Never used lock option while transferring the data.Tried giving access through "everyone": UnsuccessfulChecked with data recovery: Unsuccessful

Folder lock issue unable to access data.

Hi Team,

I have created folder lock for specific files using command prompt and after that my OS got crashed and I have installed new windows OS, since then I am unable to access files but still the data is available, If I try to open file it shows an error stating
"It appears that you don't have permission to view this file, please check the permissions and try again"

Please help me out to access my data, below is the program used to create folder lock

Program to lock the specific folder

I have tried with following commands as per previous suggestions but it didn't work

• You have to open the Command Prompt with Administrator rights.
• Type this command: C:\Windows\system32>cacls <Folder Path> /E /P everyone:n
• Now, click on the locked folder to check whether the folder is accessible or not. If you gets the deny message, it means your folder is still locked.
• Now, you can go through the following command:

C:\Windows\system32>cacls <Folder Path> /E /P everyone:f

Try:

takeown /F D:\siva\Locker /R

Then:

cacls D:\siva\Locker /E /P everyone:f

Please guide me with all possible options it helps me to get back my valuable data.

Unable to access website

hey guys, i seem to be unable to access THIS website. i'm a VIP there and i'm working on my sticky thread. the site maybe down or something. i tried turning my DSL Modem and Router off and that's a no go. tried restarting my computer and that also was a no go. lastly tried clearing DATA like Cookies, History, Etc. site maybe just be down.
