    To whom it might concern, I spoke to your Swedish support team and they asked me to contact you as the specialists of OneDrive I have three OneDrive-accounts:*** Email address is removed for privacy ***@*** Email address is removed for privacy *** My social security number it: 19630611-5558 I have stored photos my photos over the year, “*** Email address is removed for privacy ***”, but when I try to login, I get no error messages; but when looking into my profile is not my apper profile showing up information for @apper.seb below *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I get logged into my jorge

    Windows 10 - OneDrive

    Right click on the app and one of the properties has an option to not automatically start it. Uncheck, restart the computer, and it should stop. If you want to go another step further, find the OneDrive app in the start menu, right click on it and uninstall.

    If that is still insufficient, there is a batch uninstaller for OneDrive available online. I can copy the code here if you need it.

    Well, I'm sorry to hear that it's a WD My Passport that failed on you, @tomhenry ! *Frown Data lost in Onedrive :(
    I'd recommend you to try using a different USB cable with it and see if that will help your system to detect it without it disconnecting.
    I'd also suggest you to go to Disk Management and see how the drive is listed there. It won't hurt to check up on the health and SMART status of the HDD by running the QUICK and EXTENDED tests from the WD's Data LifeGuard Diagnostics.
