    Data Storage Not Adding up at all and is hindering my Laptop severely


    I've been struggling with this issue for a long time now. The last windows update fixed it for a while but it's back now with a vengeance. I've done multiple scans to figure out where the data is going but I'm afraid to damage anything by removing files via TreeSize without being told which ones I can. Also, to note, I've tried updating and right now I'm getting an error 0x80240031. I followed all tutorials to fix this issue and none have worked. Right now the ghost data has filled up my laptop badly and nothing I do seems to be fixing it. I will include images of the information TreeSize is showing me.

    I placed them in order and appreciate any help I can get with this. Also it's an HP Stream Laptop.

    Storage Space cannot see all my HDD's


    Thanks, but I followed all those instructions a few days ago. I now remember, that all my drives had data on them, but only one showed up in the Storage Space list. Just like it says, when I selected the drive it erased all the data. But, I still have the original data on Disk2 and another external BU just to be sure.

    How do I find ALL my ad blockers?

    Firefox has built in ad blockers. Go to Tools, Options, Privacy & Security. Scroll down and you'll see several areas where blocking may be enabled. You'll have to turn off all of those.
    In Cookies & Site Data there is an option to block cookies and site data. This is NOT recommended so it is likely you do not have this chosen. Another listing is in Permissions; Block Pop-up Windows. Remove check mark if there happens to be one there.
    Under Security there are also several blocking options but personally I would NOT turn them off. No site is that important. Also remember, most all adblockers do have an easy way to turn them off and ways to list sites where the adblocker is not supposed to be used.

    Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.
