Windows 10: Database / CRM / MS Access software

I have some MS Access experience and I really like the whole "build your own form / database / app" flexible concept. The flaw with Access, in my opinion, is the license cost and not being able to host it online.

Does anybody have any recommendation on similar software that can be hosted online so other users can access it? Preferably that's free since I use it for non profit work, but if it's not too expensive I am willing to pay.

Recover access database

Run the Compact and Repair utility. To do so, follow these steps:

• If the database is open, close it.
• On the Tools menu, point to Database Utilities, and then click Compact and Repair Database.
• In the Database to Compact From dialog box, select the file that you want to compact, and then click Compact.
• In the Compact Database Into dialog box, enter a new file name, and then click Save.
  
  If the compact and repair does not succeed, you will receive a message stating so. This means the damage is so severe that it cannot be corrected.

 

Updating app of MS SQL Server 2005 for Windows 10 database application

I am currently running a relational database from Maximizer Software CRM which currently runs on my PC's that still have Windows 7. When installing the CRM software on a new Dell with Windows 10 I get an error message that the MS SQL Server 2005 app needs
to be updated for Windows 10 to complete the database installation.

I rely on the CRM database for years and it has all my contacts and notes for follow up etc. Is there an updated app for the SQL Server 2005 that will install on Windows 10?

What is the solution.
