Windows 10: Date accessed randomly changes in my files Word, pdf,mp3

I noticed that the date accessed in my files Word, pdf etc randomly changes even when I don't open the file, don't copy, don't move, nothing. For example it shows accessed today 30 min ago, but I know I didnt open it for a week. It happens to almost all the files on my desktop. Why is this happening?

Regarding your PDF documents, the location will be based on where you saved the files. For your second inquiry, your documents can be converted to a PDF. If the original file is from Office Word, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

  In Word, select File > Save As.

  Select where you want to save the file.

  Type a new File name if you want.

  For Save as type, select PDF.

  For Optimize for, select an option: Standard or

Reading pdf files in Word

How can I use Word 2013 and Word 365 to open a .pdf file? If I right click on the .pdf file and choose Open With, no Word exist in the list.

How2 CHange dates of a file--suggested software not good enough

I used SKTimeStamp to change the dates of a file. However, I noticed it could only change 3 dates:
Date Created
Last Modified
Last Accessed
A search for such a utility often suggests "BulkFileChanger (BFC)" which seems to do the exact same thing: only these 3 dates.
However, if I right click on a file, for example a Word file, there 2 other dates listed:
Content Created
Date last Saved

Hence the above two utilities are not good enough. Is there a utility (or way) out there to change all dates including the last 2 mentioned?
