Windows 10: Date and time is blanked out and I cannot change it

    Date and time is blanked out and I cannot change it


    I need to put the time zone to Ontario, Canada, I've tried using cmd prmpt but it doesn't work. Can someone help? My system info is, Windows 10 home, 32GB RAM, AMD Ryzen 5700G and an AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT
