Windows 10: Date and Time issue while launching Rocket League on Epic Games Launcher.

Hello.I know this might be a weird place to post my issue, but I was redirected here from the Epic Games support team.A error from the Epic Games Launcher is preventing the launch of the game, Rocket League. I've discussed with them and we ran through some protocol steps such as verifying the game files, deleting the web cache and restarting and disabling some background processes even. Nothing has worked.I've looked into their debug logs and it states an error: FAlertReporter: Reporting Alert code: LS-0013[302]LogBuildNotificationToastHandler: Error: Format for DateTime incorrect in DisplayCo

Epic Games Launcher

I got this computer from my step dad, he got it from his insurance company. When I open Epic Games launcher I can see the logo but the rest is blank. Is there a file I need to remove? I really would love any suggestions
