  1. Date and time on folders change after restart

I really need someone's help here! So thank you in advance.I sort my work files and folders based on the date modified, ascending, grouping is set to none. This helps me to determine which folder I made any change to recently. Everything works as they should until I shut down the machine and once it is started back, time and date on all the sub folders in the main folder change to the time and date the machine was back online. Any suggestion is appreciated.

    :)
