Windows 10: Daughter's PC Lost Internet During Online Lesson-Cannot Reconnect

Computer is a Dell purchased at Costco last year, with Windows 10 Home.


My daughter got cut off near the end of her Japanese lesson on Preply. Her computer can no longer connect to the internet all of a sudden. We tried rebooting it, and it still won't connect.


We tried connecting to a different wireless hotspot, but it says "No internet, secured".



Other devices can connect to the hotspot and have internet.



Baffled. This is a year old Dell computer from Costco.


If I try to connect to our regular Wi-fi, it spends over a minute "Checking network requirements" then a few minutes later: "Can't connect to this network".



Did the hardware fail during her online video tutoring session?

Completely lost internet connection


So I randomly lost all internet connection on my desktop PC through Ethernet and WiFi. All other devices work on the network except for the PC. I have tried all steps I’ve found through google to fix it but it hasn’t worked. I honestly have no clue what to do.

PC SPECS:
Intel i5 6500
Gtx 1060
Msi b150m gaming pro mobo

after downloading windows 10, i had no internet wifi connections. tried almost everything from community.

I downloaded talent driver network software to an

external drive using another computer and then ran the set up on non internet computer. Wifi networks reappeared and I was able to get on the internet and download some apps but connects lost by the next day when turned on computer, Again unable to get
on internet and network adapters not listed. Talent driver software no longer effective.

tried INFO GROUND(/) STEP 1. NO CHANGED...no connections listed.

  Are you using wired or wireless connection?
  

I suggest you to run network troubleshooter and check if it helps. It is an automated tool which can find and automatically fix some common networking problems. Follow these steps and run the troubleshooter.

• 
  In the search box, type Troubleshooter and then click
  Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Under Network and Internet.
  
• 
  Click on Network adaptor and Click on Next button.
