Windows 10: Daylight Saving Option Not Available For My Country!!!

Hello,I live in Egypt and they recently activated Daylight Saving Time, but it's not available in Windows 11!Any help with this?

My Win11 laptop hasn't updated to daylight savings time. When I go into settings for Date & time...

• The option to automatically adjust for daylight savings time is entirely missing.
  
• The time zone appears to be set correctly to (UTC-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada)
  
• It will not allow me to set the time zone myself. I have tried turning "set time zone automatically" on and off, and it doesn't allow me to set it either way (clicking on it does nothing). I've tried disabling location services and it still won't let me set it. When I have locations settings enabled, I've confirmed that Settings is enabled in it.
  

I tried to insert a screenshot showing the settings here. It says "Image inserted successfully," but I don't see it. It did say that it uploaded, so perhaps there's a way to find it.

I've run Windows Update and installed all updates. That didn't help.

This issue may happen if your region or time zone doesn't observe Daylight Saving Time (DST).

To check if DST is available, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + S.
• Type Control Panel and press Enter.
• Select Clock, Language, and Region.
• Click Date and Time.
• Under Time zone, check if there's any indications regarding Daylight Saving Time.

"Adjust for daylight saving time automatically" option grayed out

I live in Texas and we use Central Standard Time (CST) but the option to use daylight savings time is grayed out.. any suggestions?
