Windows 10: DC_WFF.dll

every time I restart my pc there is a popup message showing "Something wrong when loading the DC_WFF.dll"

I have tried:
System Configuration > Services > Hide all Microsoft services > Disable all > Startup > Open taskmanager > Disable all > then at system configuration press OK>>> restart

Again same:
System Configuration > Services > Enable each & all (besides Hide all Microsoft services) > General > Normal start up > Open taskmanager > Enable all > then at system configuration press OK>>> restart

But the same pop-up again & again. I think i.e due to my TP-Link TL-WN823N software or the TP-Link Wireless Adopter WPS Tool software, so I reinstall them also but no change happens...


Please Help

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.

  What application does the .dll belongs to?
  
• 
  Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the software?
  
• 
  Aside from downloading and installing the .dll file, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
