Windows 10: Dcom 10016 errors since 1709 update

Before the update i had 0 of these errors now with 1709 i get them daily and everytime on boot up aswell (the keys change from day to day tho)

So is this a critical error and does it need to be fixed? Or is it a mess by microsoft and just annoying?
I didnt notice any performance drops yet or anything in that regard but still id rather ask before deciding to ignore it.

DCOM error 10016 on shutdown

Is this procedure supposed to resolve the DCOM 10016 errors or the Service Control Manager 7031 errors? The recent MS updates have apparently solved the DCOM 10016 errors I was getting for "Runtime Broker." Now they only happen for Cortana.

It is actually the SCM 7031 errors that I would like to eliminate now.

I had been getting the DCOM error 10016 on shutdown immediately followed by 4 SCM 7031 errors for quite some time until the MS August 10 updates were installed. I am still getting the SCM 7031 errors but the DCOM 10016 errors have stopped. Has anyone
else had this experience? I am running Win 10 Version 1511 on a desktop.

yet there are only people that say HOW to fix it and not if its needed and one guy who says its "safe" to ignore it
that doesnt really conclude if one is really safe to ignore it
i wouldnt really want to edit these things myself as im not experienced with it

 

Then I would just keep an eye on it from time to time if you're new to this. If it starts something new, feel free to post another thread.

In short, yes, it is part of the complete and utter mess that is Windows 10, and, no, nobody really knows whether or not those permissions issues have any real consequences or not. If you're not comfortable messing with this stuff you might as well just leave well enough alone and ignore the messages.

 

I always keep an eye on things and as ive said it only appears since the update but since then on a daily basis - sometimes different keys aswell
The only 2 ive checked were runtimebroker and something with "shell" but i forgot

I am 100% not experienced enough to do the fixes suggested myself so i would love do ignore these things but i dont want any risk you know?
So youd say it is save to ignore these?

Edit: i said the keys sometimes change but thats only from day to day - so during the day without a reboot the two keys in the error are always the same i just suppose the keys switching from day to day doesnt mean anything and its probably still the same two services ?

 

Some people try and fix these 'errors' but I doubt they understand any unforeseen consequences of trying to fix them. I have these 'errors' on all my PCs and just ignore them in the hope MS will fix their bug ridden software. File a feedback report if you have concerns.
