Windows 10: DCOM 10016

Discus and support DCOM 10016 in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; my laptop keep restarting/freezing because of DCOM 10016, ive tried to edit it from registry editor but still get the issue,any solution to this?also...     my laptop keep restarting/freezing because of DCOM 10016, ive tried to edit it from registry editor but still get the issue,any solution to this?also ive tried to downgrade from windows 11 to 10 yet it still happens.
