Windows 10: dcom error 10016 in event viewer directly after crash and loss of visuals forcing hard...

i have been having these errors for about a months, reset my pc, done everything i can and it still happens, i have a minidump file but i cant read it, can someone help solve this, its causing problems in my worklist or errors:The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID Windows.SecurityCenter.WscDataProtection and APPID Unavailable to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID S-1-5-18

Well, I am bumfuzzled! I went in to my Event Viewer to take a look before applying the process referenced by Qwinn to fix the 10016 Dcom errors. There were no new ones, so I rebooted several times and still no 10016 Dcom errors! I don't know why, but I'm glad they are gone. Thanks to Qwinn and I will save your reference for future use, if needed.

10016 is present on all computers and not related to computer crashing.

DCOM event ID 10016 is logged in Windows

These events can be safely ignored because they don't adversely affect functionality and are by design. It's the recommend action for these events.

When you say crash, is it a random reboot or a Blue screen of death?

This problem may occur if either of the following conditions is true:

• A program with the class ID (CLSID) that appears in the message tries to start the COM component by using the DCOM infrastructure. However, the user does not have the required permissions to start the COM component.

• The Network Service account does not have the correct permissions.
