Windows 10: DCOM Error 1084 PC Shutting Down Randomly

Hello, I upgraded my CPU from AMD Ryzen 3600X to 5600G with no dedicated GPU. I flashed my MBO Asrock Taichi X470 with the newest BIOS flash on Asrock's website with the code 4.70 before the CPU switch. And now my PC is shutting down every time I get into Windows. I performed a completely new Windows install on a formated SSD. Also I managed to download and install the chipset and VGA drivers for the APU. And now im getting this in the event log: DCOM got error "1084" attempting to start the service ShellHWDetection with arguments "Unavailable" in order to run the server: {08D9DFDF-C6F7-404A-A

Transcend 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 2666

SSD disk Kingston A400 240GB 7mm
HDD WD 3.5" 1TB

If I install the driver on the graphics card, the screen will black and the PC will not boot.
It can only be started in safe mode, even with the network.

After purchasing the graphics card went without a problem for about 2 months without a problem. Now sometimes I manage to install the driver and everything is fine, but after restarting or shutting down the PC, the same thing again. The PC cuts during loading. And again only safe mode and still the same errors in the event viewer.

After searching the internet, I found out that hundreds of people encounter this problem and do not know how to deal with it. There are a lot of wannabe tutorials on how to deal with this, but none help.
I turn here to ask if anyone knows what it is.
I'm already desperate and there are no new graphics cards on the market.
