Windows 10: DCOM Server Process Launcher consuming too much RAM

[COLOR=rgba26, 26, 26, 1]Every time I start up my notebook, I notice that a process named "DCOM server process launcher" starts hogging up my RAM, at an approximate rate of 0.1 MB per second. Right now, it is using almost 2GB of RAM. I feel that it might be a memory leak or a virus, but Avast and Windows Defender both say everything is ok.[/COLOR]


[COLOR=rgba26, 26, 26, 1]I talked to an assistant in Microsoft Support, which recommended me to follow the following instructions Using System File Checker in Windows 10 microsoft.com and then restart my notebook. I did, but the problem wasn't solved.[/COLOR]

i disabled live Tiles,but no change in DCOM server process launcher please tell my any other way to solve this problem.

Over a period of time the process will consume all of the memory on the machine. Is there anything I can do other than rebuild the system to sort this out?

I am running : Windows 10, version 1709
