    I have Windows 11 and Office 365 on my laptop. Recently, Microsoft added "copilot" which I believe is an AI assistant. It is making me very cranky! I will be typing a document or working in Excel or whatever and every few minutes a dialog box pops up with "helpful hints" from Copilot. The "hints" are not helpful and instead simply fill screen space interfering with the work I am trying to perform. I do not need a program correcting my writing every few lines. I certainly do not need a program that crops up in the middle of the screen informing me of how to perform an action I have been perform
