Windows 10: deactivated after almost 7 years

so this issue started like 4 days ago when it suddenly I got the watermark Activate windows and a punch on different errors. The first error was about permission denied and contact administrator, but this one is gone now. I tried a lot of solution like:

1- troubleshoot in Activation

2-troubleshoot network button Also, tried to change my DNS server to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4

3- commands to some commands to reactivate Slmgr.vbs /ato which gave me 0x8007232b

4- tried a lot of stuff I forgot about it

5- reset the PC which now I regret it as my Microsoft office is gone and I don't know if the license for it is gone too



now the error is stuck on 0x8007232b

I'm Really not sure about it I tried to get on contact with Microsoft by Phone from the app Get Help but 0 luck


please some guide me to this issue it is driving me insane.


Note: it was an upgrade from windows 7 to 10 pro

Windows 10 deactivated itself after update

I bought the windows Pro last year and the code is valid until the recent windows update and now this is showing that my Windows is deactivated.

Please help. I followed the steps and tried to call the phone number that shows up when you search using the
SLUI 04 and there seems to be a dead number and the call does not go through.

This product key was on the back of windows 10 Pro DVD that i bought and shamefully now windows says that this key is not for Windows 10 pro. how is this possible?

Please suggest steps to get this resolved. other than the ones you already mentioned here.

How do I install windows 10 without harming my windows 7?


Here's what I suggest you to do:

1. From Windows 7, download & Install Macrium Reflect Free. Connect one of your new 500GB HD and clone your current Windows 7 to it. Follow step 1,2,3 from the screen shot:

1. Disconnect your current Windows 7 then boot up with the new cloned copy of Windows 7
2. Upgrade it to Windows 10 so it will be fully activated.
3. If you decide to keep Windows 10 then do a fresh install of Windows 10. If not, disconnect the 500GB HD containing Windows 10 then re-connect your Windows 7
4. You are back to where it was before.
