Unable to install Windows Store Game - System Requirements displayed wrong

I am trying to install Dead Rising 4 right now. I have not used the Windows Store to buy apps until now.

In my library the Game is displayed like this: Dead Rising 4 does not work on this device.

The minimum system requirements are met, but they are not displayed correctly. The OS, Memory and Video Memory are displayed with a red cross. The OS is up to date and no updates are available.

I have not found any solution on the internet so far.

 

I got a similar error with Grand Theft Auto IV. Like Dead Rising 2, it also uses Games for Windows Live, and patches were issued in the form of Title Updates. Since the TU is failing, see if you can find a copy of the patch that has already been manually extracted (check other game forums), then just paste the files into the game folder That's what solved the problem for me, despite multiple reinstalls of the game (which I'll assume you've probably already tried).
