Windows 10: Deadly corrupted .Net framework. Need help please!

After the installation of recent updates, (I'm not sure which one, but I do see few updates related to .Net framework), my Visual Studio stops working.

At first I thought it is VS problem so I tried to reinstall it. but the reinstallation tells me that ".Net with 4.6 or later is required".

I'm 100% sure that I installed .Net 4.72 in September and I've been using VS with no error.

I' then try to download the newest version 4.8 Runtime from .Net site
Says that "4.8 or later is already installed on my PC", but I never installed it before.


So I'm stuck in this stalemate. Many of my software need .Net but .Net is required, but .Net tells me that I already installed .Net, which is apparently not installed

Here is something I tried:


1. I checked .Net Version in registry under NET framework setup. This is what I got

, not even a single key of .Net version


2. I installed 4.8 Dev Pack, not working at all


3. I go to "Turn Windows Feature on and off", This is what I got



There is no such a thing as .NET framework in this window (I scrolled down and checked, not any)

If I check .Net Environment , .Net Exten 3.5 and 4.8, it will automatically be unchecked when I reopen this window

3. I tried .Net repair tool, it is not working. Just throw me a bunch of log file and tells me that it is gonna send to Microsoft these logs


4. I tired .Net cleanup tool, which clean up every version of .Net on my computer.

What I found in the cleanup log is surprising, not a single .Net version is installed on my computer, yet the .Net installer still says I have .Net installed


5. I reset my windows, .Net is still not reinstalled in this process. I even have the matter worse. Because on Startup, a bunch of programs like NetworkManager.exe is not able to start because of some file losing.


6. Calling customer service, Never helps because the voice bot never directs me to an agent.


My powershell can't start because mscoree.dll is missing. It's because of .Net too


And all of these problem is caused by the freaking .Net installer block.


I'm begging you Microsoft, can you stop blocking installation in the .Net installer?

If .Net Runtime is able to be installed instead of the freaking message ".Net 4.X or later is already installed on your machine", I wouldn't have such problem


I can't install any version of .Net, all shows this message when my computer clearly has no .Net on it

Please help!

I suggest you to un-check and recheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series from Windows features.

Try the following steps:

• Press Windows + R keys to open Run command.
• Type Appwiz.cpl and select "turn Windows feature on or off" from the left
• Uncheck .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer
• Repeat step 1 and 2 and check .Net framework 3.5 and .Net framework 4.6 advance series.
• Restart the computer.

.NET Framework 1.0 updates install every day

I suggest you to follow the methods below:

Method 1 I suggest you to run Windows Update Troubleshooter.

Follow the below steps:

Type troubleshooting in the search bar.

• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on windows update.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

Method 2 I also suggest you to uncheck the
.NET Framework 1.0 and restart the computer and check if issue persists,

Please follow the steps below:

• 
  Right click on start menu and click on programs and features.
  
• 
  Click Turn windows features on or off.
  
• 
  Uncheck .NET Framework 1.0 and .NET Framework services.
  
• 
  Click on ok.
  

Once, you have unchecked these, Please restart your computer and recheck
the .NET Framework 1.0 and .NET Framework services andcheck.

have MSI Notebook, problem is

System.MissingFieldException: Field not found: 'WPFOSD.GraphicsSwitchWnd.VGAType'.

at MSI.SCM.SCMII.WMIEventMath(Int32 WMIEvent), after i make something by S-BAR buttons like adding volume or something like that.
