Windows 10: Dear W10, I hate you.

Hi. So W10 has murdered two laptops in a row of mine. Unfortunately I spent almost $1000 on my most recent laptop which, you guessed it, crashed within a month after it's 1 year warranty. Both times they began having significant problems after an "update." The older one didn't have much space on it, I used it for homework, and simply attampting to upgrade to windows 10 was enough to kill it completely. So I got a new laptop and after the most recent update I now get blue screened constantly if I try to use my laptop without being plugged in, and my USB c drive stopped working. I'm so fucking angry because I'm a student and a stay at home mom and don't have the money to fix this and furthermore, it's windows that fucking broke it!!!!!!! Can I strip windows completely from my laptop and use a different operating system? Has anyone had any luck with, I don't even know, getting my money back? I'm not a gamer or a wanna be hacker, I literally use the internet for homework and watching Netflix and that's it. There is nothing I'm doing that would cause these issues. Heeeeeeeelp. Or whatever, I just needed to tell for a minute about it

I hate w10

Ok, I caved and updated to W10 thinking that it would be all that and a bag of potato chips, boy was I wrong. So how do I uninstall it, while keeping what I had before. I should mention that while W10 was installing the computer battery died, it did
something to my old system, then re-installed W10 again. While looking at the list on uninstall a lot of old programs show the same date as the completed W10 -just an added complication. HELP!

• Did you add your fsnet.co.uk (POP3) address as an additional account in W10 Mail App?

I suggest you to remove the account and re-add it.

Accidentaly Deleted W10 Update Files

Hey, thanks for the replies.

I tried all the suggested steps but still no downloads running for W10.

I think I'll sleep and check again tomorrow morning.
