Windows 10: Debugging stop code 0x14F

Both my desktop and laptop, intermittently get stop code 0x14F while sleeping. I have a dump but can not find a way to debug exactly what is timing out. The dump indicates dam.sys but exactly in my desktop is timing out? It should be possible to at least identify the particular process/service causing the hang. I do not want to shotgun this by running driver verifier or any drastic debugging. I would think that a dump can pinpoint what is timing out if Microsoft would just supply us with more information.The first two arguments in the bugcheck are:4 - client ID of the hung component that

Ethernet is showing as Kernel Debug Network Adapater

I understand that you see Kernel Debug Network Adapter in Device Manager. This can happen if debugging is turner on. I would suggest you to turn off debugging by following the steps mentioned below:

1. Type command prompt in the search bar on the
   Taskbar.
   
2. Right click on the command prompt icon and select
   Run as administrator.
   
3. Paste the following commands and hit Enter:
   
   bcdedit /debug off
   

If you still see the Network Adapter, you can disable it from Device Manager without problems. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows Logo key + X, to open
   Device Manager.
   
2. Expand Network adapters.
   
3. Now, right click on the Kernel Debug adapter and select
   Disable device.

Debug code 05...

I'm stuck with this code on the board of a ASrock 990FX Extreme 4. It is listed as "oem initialization before microcode loading"

Trying to boot with Phenom II 945, 8GB Samsung 30nm DDR3 1600, and dual GTX 460s.

It just sits there with that code displayed on the board LED. Any idea? I've pulled the SLI setup, tried both RAM chips alone. Is this something that happens with these? Do they need to sit there and load the UEFI for awhile before working?
