  2. Windows Calculator decimal separator is always comma

    Hi,

To change the decimal symbol back to a period, follow these steps:

    • In Control Panel, click Region. Click on Advance settings.
    • Click the Number tab.
    • Change the Decimal Symbol setting to a period (.).
    • Click OK.
Please let us know if the issue still persists.

    Changing List separator to Comma

    Hi

Could you help me about List separator?

I've changed List separator from semicolon to comma(and saved it).

But it seemed that List separator was still semicolon.

Is it because "Decimal separator" is "comma"?

(I found the some websites that said that if the "Decimal separator" is "comma", List separator will not changed from semicolon to comma even though "List separator" is "comma". But I'm not sure if it's true or not. )

*The "format" setting is "English(Netherlands)" in my PC.

    Thank you.

N95 8GB problem with decimal separator

Hi everyone from Spain. I'll tell u bout this little problem with my N95 8GB.

I work with a .xla file in OfficeSuite where i control my car's expenses. Until now I used this file in my N73, I stored all data using comma (,) as decimal separator.

But today I opened the .xls file in N95 8GB with OfficeSuite (same version) and all the decimal separators got into a point (.).

If I try to enter new data, like number 0,897, this is recognised as text, and if I enter number 0.897, is recognised as 897.

I've tried entering decimal numbers in N95 8GB's built-in calculator, and I've noticed that decimal separator is still a point (.), when it should be a comma (,).

Is there any option where I can configure the decimal separator? I've tried changing phone's language to different ones, but always get the same issue, when the decimal separator should be a comma (,) in Spanish language, the one I use.

    V 20.0.16

    28-02-08

    RM-320

    Nokia N95 (01.01)

    Thanks.
