We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

Chinese characters SOMETIMES not decoded properly in Windows 10

Hi Peiran,

Chinese characters may not be decoded properly due to the settings of the language for non-Unicode software. For us to rectify this, we advise checking and changing the system locale by following these steps:

• Press Windows key + X.
• Click Control Panel.
• Click Clock, Language, and Region.
• Under Region, click Change location.
• Locate the Administrative tab, then press Change system locale under
  Language for non-Unicode programs.

need DVD Decoder Software

well i need the above, any suggestions appreciated, i swore WMP11 had DVD decoding capability (MPeg-2 Decoder). I have tried DIVX but that didnt work.
