Windows 10: Decrypt files encrypted with Bitlocker with key

Good afternoon!I have a problem, I have a backup folder in an external disk, from a drive in my computer with Windows 11 and bitlocker are activated, I made a restoration of my computer and now I can´t access to these files, I have the keys of bitlocker, but I don´t know where use it, because when I try to open these files I just get an error. Is there any hope to restore there files?Thanks!

Bitlocker Stuck Decrypting

@rinconmike For future reference, instead of using the TASK MANAGER to restart, you can simply hold CTRL + SHIFT and right click on blank space on the Task bar, to bring up 'Exit Explorer'. Another option is to use software.

Bitlocker Key

Please make sure you are signed as the Administrator of the computer.

To suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption on an operating system drive

  Click Start, click Control Panel, click
  System and Security, and then click BitLocker Drive Encryption.

  Click Suspend Protection for the operating system drive.
  
• 
  A message is displayed, informing you that your data will not be protected while BitLocker is suspended and asking if you want to suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption. Click
  Yes to continue and suspend BitLocker on the drive.
  

To turn off BitLocker Drive Encryption

• 
  Click Start, click Control Panel, click
  System and Security, and then click BitLocker Drive Encryption.

  Find the drive on which you want BitLocker Drive Encryption turned off, and click
  Turn Off BitLocker.

  A message is displayed, informing you that the drive will be decrypted and that decryption may take some time. Click

Bitlocker bug caused file encryption that cannot be unlocked

Using a test device that is no longer available, I encrypted an external HD with Bitlocker. It didn't work as expected so I decrypted that device and allowed the decryption to complete. It only decrypted 80% of the device. No folders are encrypted, but a collection of individual files have a gold lock on them and can't be opened. I retained the Bitlocker key for that external HD, but there isn't an option to enter that key or credentials anywhere. It almost appears as though I don't have access to the files that belong to me.

I opened a ticket and was supposed to be assisted by tier2 but that didn't happen:
