Windows 10: Decrypt several files on a new Windows installation

Hello,I had several encrypted files from long ago in Windows 10 Pro. About 2 weeks ago I upgraded the pc and reinstalled Windows 10 Pro from 0.Now it can't decrypt these files that I have encrypted. I've been searching through google for a solution and I haven't found any that will solve it for me yet. It should be said that the user that I use for this and the previous Windows is the same and I still have the windows.old folder from which I have tried to get a certificate but it has not worked. How to Decrypt *.cerber3 files?

AFAIK it's still not possible to decrypt your files for free...

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

The main questions:

1) IF I have in my Windows account imported certificate (Personal, pfx) having exactly SAME thumbprint - should Windows decrypt file?

2) If Windows has several EFS certificates installed - does it select certificate to decrypt file automatically?
