Windows 10: Decryption started but stuck without any % showing.

I wanted to install new bios drivers and dell recommended that i suspend bitlocker. The only option I had was turn off bitlocker. Turning off bitlokcer initiated decryption which has been running for 3 hours.The computer is running slow due to this. The m.2 SSD is of 250gb capacity with 200gb used. The "drive encryption" screen has a bar which is not movingmy best guess is that its at 1%. The SSD 100% active with 4.5MB/s read and write. How to Decrypt *.cerber3 files?

AFAIK it's still not possible to decrypt your files for free...

Bitlocker Decryption stucked at 99.9%, how to resolve it?

I was trying to encrypt my external data drive using Bitlocker, But it was stucked at 24.8%. I kept my pc on for whole night but encryption process was not successful. Then i removed the external hardisk.

Every time i connect the harddisk, bitlocker encryption dialogue box pop up and were always at 24.8%.

After so many try, I found the CMD command

manage-bde -off drive:

This command has ended the encryption process and started the decryption proecess.

Now, the problem is that this decryption process is stucked at 99.9%. It is not showing any progress, What to do?

 

Bit Locker Decryption Stuck

BitLocker Decryption Problem: Bit Locker is stuck on decryption at 97.7%. Have tried on several laptops and via different ports. Need assistance to address this. It has been like this for several days now (almost a week).
